I'm pretty sure she's had a mention hereabouts before so that probably makes this is probably 205, but there's a young lady by the name of Rebecca Berneck doing some racing at Bonneville this week (weather permitting) on a BMW R25/3.

Yup, I think you're right, 'cos the bike is also called Katee or some such, IIRC there was a link to the bike a few pages back too.

I spent a couple of decades in the bicycle business and sold quite a few of those in my day. The wicker baskets were always plain. It was the smaller plastic baskets, generally white, that had the little plastic flowers on them. Wicker is a man's basket so it's okay to hang one on a panhead.

He's got to be right. Here's empirical evidence: this chica has no basket at all on her moto, signifying to all other riders on the road that she is, indeed, in possession of mammary glands. Obviously this means that all real men must immediately rush to affix plain wicker baskets to their very studly motorcycles.
