    Bryce,

I tried to get you to try the Multi before you left...... .. don't get stuck on orange yet. Saw your folks and Gramma @ church last evening. Merry Christmas, and lot's of prayers headed your way.

    Ride safe, Scott.

Yeah, I guess it looks pretty similar, although bubbletron told me that you had an actual dock for the embark process, so I'm still a little bit bitter about that. Bubbletron and that younger guy on the 1200 made it down here yesterday, we had a little christmas eve party last night. Merry Christmas to you tambien!

So, when are you going to show us some pictures of the new surgeries?

Yeah, I kind of lost count too. They had the number of steps painted on the floor at the top, but I was too light headed to notice.

After that boat ride, I'm doing everything in my power NOT to vomit!

Nope. Still not a fan of big BMW's. Hahaha! Just kidding. I actually wouldn't mind a 1200GSA. Then I could actually go above 70mph without burning a quart of oil.

Enjoying your trip and RR . I'm partial to Medellin as I'm a native Paisa and "vuelta a oriente" was a typical ride on my Yamaha 125 back in the days. looks like you have a great network there but if you get in a bind let me know. Best wishes, stay safe

Merry Christmas and hope you are feeling better.

Pretty quiet over here in Cali. 6 bikes in the Casa Blanca, well 5 bikes and 6 bikers. Young guy from Australia crashed over by Popayan and didn't like their hospital so hopped on a bus and got over here. Mike took him to the hospital but he came back with casts on both arms. Still doesn't know where his bike is. Good attitude.

Medellin would be an easy place to overstay your tourist visa.

So you miss the snow so badly that you want to be in Alaska right now? Well, how's this for you: It's 39ºF and pissing down rain in Seattle. I am sure that you don't miss that. First snow of the season in the Tri-Cities overnight; your family must have got some of that, too.

I saw the post about the young bloke from Oz ('doesn't even know where his bike is yet...'). It's a dangerous world out there, be careful.

    Bryce,

Merry Christmas from a fellow Oregonian and XRL rider! I've put over 20,000 miles on two of them since 1998 with zero problems other than with the aftermarket shit I put on 'em. If it came from the factory, it's generally pretty rock solid :deal.

Found your RR a few days ago and just got caught up to present. Ride safe, have fun, and thanks for sharing!! :freaky

I have been following this feverishly for the past few days. Got caught up just now and am quite impressed with the whole adventure.

I will be riding shotgun for the remainder of your journey if permitted.

Merry Christmas from the great State of West Virginia!

Stay safe, thank you for your service, great writing skills, and God Bless You!

They just put me in skeletal traction, but I'll spare you any pictures since I know you're tired of puking.

Holy crap dude. I hope the recovery goes well for you. I will try and make it up to Portland to come check on you if that's okay.
