Okay Now I find on PAGE 2 that the Cumberland Plateau is "out of bounds". I was going by the map on PAGE 1
So, if this location is indeed out of bounds I will give you a different tag.

I didn't run the coordinates but Virgin Falls is in White Co. which is in bounds.

I'll tag it even if there is any disagreement, scratch that, don't know why anyone would have a problem with it, even I wouldn't have a problem if a tag was out of bounds.
