I had made some spanakopita a few months back...
And froze one batch.. Stock it in the Oven yesterday ...
And OMG it was better then when I made it fresh.. All the flavors melded to a nice tangy spicy goodness... Even HB liked it
I had some cold for breakfast...


You could wrap it in Soy bacon...

Ellie made it,and it too was much better the next day.
I'm going to tweak the recipe with some garlic and jalapeño or habaneros
