semi auto 22lr? I have some 22CB on the way so I will let you know if that works. They might not have enough power to kick out the shell. But they are quiet enough to use with out attracting more mush brains.

Mossberg .410 is easy to shoot one handed.

+1 for the 22LR, there reliable, depending on the rifle and ammo they can be accurate up to 150 yds, and you don't need to worry about running out of ammo. Shotguns have none of these features, therefore i would just rather use a hatchet for the close stuff... or maybe even a tomahawk:lol3

Just picked up a Ruger 10/22. Looking forward to shooting it but the weather is not cooperating. And IU dont have a scope on it yet, I guess I will try to hit something with the sights.
Do they make zombie targets? :thinking :eek1 WARNING

They had a Marlin 60 thERE at the store. SS barrel, Chrome scope, wood stock. When the wallet fills up a little more, I would like to have that also. Of course, that is not for the zombies, the shiny barrel and scope might attract more attention...

    looks like this. $227!

Load in the gun from the Phantasm movies.

A fairly serious re-usable weapon (if you have control) is the Deadly Flying Ball from those movies. Homes in on the target around corners, hits centre forehead, and pours out the blood.

This appears to be a very effective weapon to 'take-down' a threatening Walking Deader within a 20' arc (or so), by means of a simple decapitation:

Jörg Sprave's Circular Saw Disc Slingshot.

smaller image shows loaded Saw Disc notched behind release component.

Arsenal of Sprave's 15 "best models" of impressive slingshots

Only way to top that build of disc weapon would be to construct a 18 volt Lithium-Ion Laser Guided cordless weapon which ejects its disc along the path of its laser marker at full rotation speed, and which has a reloading magazine like a auto vinyl record-changer!

There's still a lot to do to change THIS into a deadly Laser-Aimed Rotary Saw Disc flinging weapon. The stacked saw disc magazine (Saw Changer) in particular is going to require much . . . . input & effort!

Inspiration for the Reload Magazine here! Its going be a "His Master's Multiple Zombie Head-remover" when its completely finished!

The toughest fight would be against vampires, you just have to lock yourself in at night. Or carry a sun lamp. But they are tricky...
Aliens....that is an unknown. Where are they from, Uranus? :lol3
Blob! Thats the easiest, just walk away!
Werewolves, Make some silver bullets and pay attention one night a month. And carry a razor.

While the usual Zombie Horde (and occasional loner) seem pedestrian in the way of their staggering attack . . . . such is not the case with Vampires (particularly the Batwinged Hungarian-accented Marishka with the distracting cleavage) and the average Werewolf.

Would be beneficial to have enhanced running, jumping, and an overall increase in locomotion capability! With some lightweight armor, helmet.

That's it! But this fellow needs the armor, repeating-crossbow (with Wooden Shafts & Silver Tips), helmet, and proximity-warning scanner.
