:D Excellent grab PeeDeeRider. When I put the tag in Camden, I had a hunch you might grab it - glad to see you back in the game. Here is some more information about the tower.

Cool. I am glad to be back. The last few weeks have not allowed any time for riding.

    New Tag - lazy clue:

    34*17'06.25"N
    80*31'28.16"W

Side note: I put the bike down in some loose gravel just after taking this pic. If you ride around this tag, watch out for asphalt turning into loose gravel that looks just like the asphalt. I now have a scraped and bruised left knee and bent side fairing bracket on the KLR.

    :eek1 Hey PeeDee,
Bummer about the crash. Hope your knee is not too badly banged up. I don't have GPS, but I looked up the coordinates on my grid map and it looks like a pretty rural area. I may need more help to find it, but I suspect some of the better equipped riders will nail it before I do.

Put some ice on that knee and keep on riding. Rice-- :gerg

Yeppers. I have had ice on it since getting home. Thanks. It'll take alot more than that to keep me off the bikes. Really, the worst part of the whole thing is the torn knee of my favorite Levis.:cry

I will come up with another non-gps clue for ya. (It is not google-street viewable.) Were you able to get teh location name from the L&T. I am pretty sure you can google-search gps coordinates.

    Chris

No need for another clue thanks. I found it using a conventional grid map and cross-referencing with Google Maps. Pretty cool. Now, to see if I can get it without crashing in the gravel. Rice--

No clue needed for me thanks. I know right where it is, but haven't been able to get away. Tomorrow is Saturday, so I may try then if someone on a DR doesn't grab it first. Rice---:gerg

    Adams Mill Pond.

This old mill pond can be found about 8 miles NE of downtown Camden.

Hey PeeDee, I saw some gravel and sand, but the road I went in on was pretty much ok. I went in through the entrance to the park on J. Claytor arrants Blvd.

New tag up in a few minutes. Rice--:gerg

It's a beautiful day so here is a new tag that you can go and get before the sun sets.

This old post office is in a small but historic town along a very fun, twisty road that runs between Camden and Great Falls. The missing name on the sign can best be expressed as what we celebrate on July 4th. PS. If you can't read the sign on the building, it says: UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. ________ Hill. SC 290__.

:evil Good luck boys and girls. Rice--:gerg

It's a great day to branch out and visit this restored Rosenwald school. Methinks they didn't have handicap ramps back in the '20's though.

Cool - Goodale Park. I wonder if the name originated as Good-Ale or Goo-Dale? Yeah, I went down to the end of the road in font of your picture there and it ends in kind of a cul-de-sac mad of small-rock gravel. It slides well.

Laura - You beat me to that one. I love that ride up 97 from Camden to Great Falls. When I ride to Columbia on a 2-wheeler it takes me twice as long because I have to take that road. p.s. If I knew where the new tag was, I would already be riding.:D

Ahh, I found it... alas, I don't think my time allows me to go that far today.:norton

Maybe I will just go out and make some file-shots!

I did enjoy that road. There were a lot of bikes out on it yesterday. I had never been to Lake Wateree, so I visited there too.

    Hey All, sorry Hey Y'all
I just moved to northern Columbia and have enjoyed the tag thread. (Subscibed)
Would anyone have the ability or desire to throw me a couple of coordinates for these places. I have a limited knowledge of the area and this would help me get out and see some of this beautiful state.
    Thanks,
    Z
