Hey guys, I tried to order 2 units, one for my '07 GS and one for my sons '04 R1100S, and Paypal wouldn't let me pay for the order.....
I know they are pre-order and so on, so what gives ....please advise.

Sorry about that, Al. I turned off the 'Economy INTERNATIONAL First Class' shipping for the moment. As of July 28th, USPS has added a tracking feature for 16 destination countries and I'm working on setting it up.

...placed my order early May, now it's early September, 4 month later and still no Air. Come on Jim, I know it's neither easy nor I guess particularly motivating, but still, 4 bloody long months...
At least put a notification on the thread letting ppl know they are looking at a waiting time of many months. At least I, if i'd known it will take SO long, would have settled for a thumbtack on my saddle for the extra thrill...
Please, can you give us some good news about production and shipment?

He obviously hasn't been following this thread too long . If he would have ordered two or three batches ago , he would have it by now .
I am in this batch , but I have been following the thread from the start .

Maybe I'm the one that needs the thumbtack in the chair, you know? Update to follow.

<BR>Here's what's going on assembly-wise folks. There are a couple of pieces of good news to report. I came up to the SF Bay area on Wednesday of last week. My dearest friend had surgery last week and I came up here to take care of her while she recovers. The procedure went very well, and there's one piece of good news.

The other good news is that I drove up here with a car packed full of tools and parts to assemble IICE Airs from her garage. At the moment I'm looking at 115 Airs in process. I'll be driving back home in a few days with I'd estimate one-half of that number ready for epoxy potting.

I know I waited a good while for the prized Ricky Bars/riser package, and it all worked out eventually.
