The BMW on the left is for sale, cheap! Camshaft is still good Interior may need a shampooing Looking at this burned up hulk, my mind can't help but wander as it develops a crazy tale of drugs, guns, hookers, Vegas, ........ or maybe it was simple recall defect or a car theft, drunken, wild ride through the desert that ended in a burning celebration of all things wild.....
Glad to report that yes, I talked with the Rangers when I was re-entering the park and they knew about the breakdown. The folks had gotten out alright, although a bit dehydrated they were fine.
Back to camp for some chow Really have been enjoying these packets Throw in with some one minute rice and it is pretty damn good :dg Sun began to sink, so I climbed some rocks close to camp for a peak New neighbor moved in while I was out riding..he was from LA on a GS out of Long Beach, name escapes me
Great Pics! Thanks for sharing. What tires are you running? Pressures - same on and off road or do you air down? Thanks, Ken
You're having toooo much fun out there. I am always tempted to take the rental car out on the OHV trails. So tempted but only make it far enough to park, walk a few yards and dream. It is two days of straight riding. ne day again. A friend of mine loved lentils. I thought they tasted like dirt. Lentils are dirt.
Hey Ken the front is a TKC 80 and the rear is a Mitas E07, I normally run around 30psi and don't air down unless I plan to ride nothing but dirt for days. I haven't played around much with tire pressures.
lentils do have a very earthy taste...like soil trying our best to get the most out of our time on the left coast...just got 3 more years added to our SOCAL sentence
Thanks Allan Went riding with Moe.ron not too long ago..up above Santa Barbara, CA The day was nice and clear, not too hot an certainly not too cold Plan was to do Camino Cielo to Refugio to Solvang's motorycle museum and of course grab some food along the way Wild flowers were blooming, dirt wasn't too dry and the weather was about perfect
