Riders: JSPEED, GasBurner, Teestrom, Kelsow. The day started almost as usual. We met at Tim's but this time Jim brought a police escort. He didn't say why... After a quick trip on the highway, we stopped for gas and met a friend of a friend. Lets just say he knows a few squids. From Bridgewater we meandered down along the LaHave River. It's incredibly beautiful in this area. Lots of nice old homes along the water and a few worth while places to stop for pictures. We made it to the LaHave Islands where we found a community museum. This time we actually went in to see what was there for a change. So many times you either ride past but it's nice to take the time to stretch your legs and meet some people, Get at me wolf! On road in to the Museum, there is a beach that is open to vehicles which is very rare in NS. I took the opportunity to go for a spin but I didn't want to piss off the locals. In the summer time, this place is very busy with both people and cars. Rest stop, Some how we got turned around and ended up back in Liverpool. We decided to stop for a bite to eat. I had the "hangover breakfast" Don't try to steal ham from Jimbo, Back on the road, We took a short break at Little Harbour and turned it into a cool photo op, Abandoned fish shack turned into summer cottage I guess, Looks like a wave or 2 took out the front, Robbiedukes, Roly-poly fish head, Splish, Splash, Bath The LaHave ferry was ready to go as we passed so we decided to cross, On the way home we stopped in at Shore Cycle and the owner was there and opened up to show us some new bikes.
