It got a breezy and cool Friday night but not bad...perfect for a campfire. It did shower some overnight but held off for the remainder of Saturday morning.

It's a great crew and always a lot of fun!

I was hoping to meet some friends from the klrworld.com forum for lunch and then head over the the Vintage Meltdown bike show but somebody showed me a radar picture and I decided to try and outrun the rain and just head back for home a couple hours early.

































It was a success....the rain was right on my heels all the way home and opened up as I was unpacking.

It was a soaker. Glad you escaped the worst. I ran all day in the rain Sunday. It finally let up East of Raleigh. The beach was 70 and dry. That fe;lt good.
