Although it appears there is a 50% chance of thunderstorms for Saturday. My Ethyl may want to stay in the barn.

A buddy and I will be leaving Independence Ms bout 8 am sat
if y'all want to ride. Heading over to HS forest and south.
Backroads and gravel, nothin hairy.

It's about an hour from the house. If it's not pouring rain I'll be there. Skin cancer took about half of my left ear recently. Just got the rest of the stitches out yesterday so the full face helmet is not an option. Sun shades and the half shell works for fair weather though.

Doesn't appear to be many places to meet there. The feed mill is the only spot that shows up on the chart....

There really isnt a town there per se, just a cpl gas stations at
the intersect of 305+306, ya cant miss it

Been trying to get out of the shed for an hour and a half. Every time I think it's let up enough to go there is another clap of thunder and heavy rain. This isn't the "one tenth of an inch" they were forecasting last night.:eek1

Still raining here....May be next Saturday...

Ya, I rode to a buddys house in the rain and we sat in the garage and watched it pour for an hour or so, then just rode back home.

My mesh jacket dripped brown water for hours, it seems to be
part waterproof and part sponge, not sure how that works
