We took in a super clean, very low miles, 95 F650GS (not Dakar) yesterday. It is an ugly color (light yellow) but they are super reliable bikes with insane gas mileage & the regular version like this have a pretty low seat height (good for the height challenged, wives or SOs)

These are amazingly good machines, if it would have been the Dakar version it would already be in my garage.

It will probably go above blue book retail, they are not easy to find in that condition & a comparable new bike is pretty $$$$$ now.

    Just a little spam.

For anyone going, or thinking of going on the Zanesville Trail Riders Enduro tomorrow, I scoped some of the trails, Looks pretty mild even with the rain that we had this morning. I think just about any dual sport with a decent tire would survive. I'm told by the organizers that there will be bypass's for some of the tougher sections. Should be just under 100 miles by the time we get done. Hope to see some of you there.

you sure did...why didnt you come in and say hi?

I had me an awesome day...slept late...lounged around for a couple hours then hoped on the sabre and hauled ass up to Dillon Lake to play the Woodchuck Ridge Disc Golf course...nice course now that its been expanded from 9 to 18 holes...played pretty well....shot a 63 vs par of 61...from there I rolled over to the aforementioned Depot for a brisket sammich and a couple of Weasel Boy pints (a scottish ale and a blonde, both quite yummy)...by the time I was done it was 8:15 with dusk fast approaching...time to make some miles...hammered down 16 til I got to Brownsville Rd then leisurely cruised home via that road, 668 and 22...668 after dark is both scary and exhilarating...only saw 3 deer well off the road in a bean field, so that was good.

now Im home enjoying a couple Summer Shandys then I'm gonna see if I can get me a little sumpin sumpin :D

I spent the night at Seneca rocks last night camped at Yokums it was only $6.50 for a camp site on the river and right below the rocks. I had planed on camping at a tractor show in Brownsville PA but I was a week early. Then I was going to camp at Dolly Sods but the 15 camp sites were full.

Looks like the water I was fly fishing over Memorial Day weekend- although I was on the Shavers Fork of the Cheat, a bit SE of Dolly Sods. Couldn't be too far from wherever this was though...

Getting to places like this on a bike is the main reason I sold my Connie and am on a 990 now. :1drink

    Any other fly fishermen here??
