Preziosi definitely axed from Ducati MotoGP. Guess someone has to carry the can for the Rossi fiasco.

Well, it seems their bike is only getting worse most of the time, and for several years, too, so is there any reason why they should NOT fire him?

Beyond me, just when Preziosi & co lost the plot, cos they seemed to make pretty good racebikes earlier on in their motogp project. Been steady downhill ever since Stoner's title winning year.

I hope so, been a favourite of mine for a while but not really performed this year, I am surprised he got the chance to move up.

Anyway, I'm ready to be impressed by the newcomers, for not being a Marquez fan I have to admit to rooting for him all the way thru that Moto 2 race, truly spectacular.
Please let Vale make as much of an impression this week!

One journo tweeted today that Andrea Dovizioso spent the day opening a new Swiss bank account to hold his new found Ducati millions.

    Let's hope he's not a muppet.

    p.s. Bradley Smith - the most undeserved promotion since . . . ?

Regarding Bradley Smith, it is hard to tell. He did not have a competitive bike this year. Iannone didn't have the best package either. His team also suffered from financial problems.

Was this just Herve jumping at a prospect too soon? Maybe he saw something good for the future.

Hopefully this B.S. stays at Tech3 longer than a year (for good reasons).

The previous B.S. had better luck there than on the Yamaha factory team. :eek1

Just had a nightmare thought after seeing this. Can you imagine the EU bans all advertising by over-priced, sugary, energy drinks? It would be worse than the cigarette advertising ban on MotoGP.

so did San Carlo bail from that team? I thought they had to have euro rider to stay and thats one of the reason Spies didn't get the ride.

Exactly. This is something I have lined up to write about in the off-season.

Good, it's not just me wondering WTF he came from? At least he's not being promoted as the second coming so hopefully he can learn and mature over a couple of seasons, I would rather have seen Pol Espargo having that opportunity at Moto GP.

I can see me staying up all night to see what happens during testing tonight, I'm getting to old for this, I fell asleep on the last lap of Moto GP on sunday night!

    I can see it now

Lin Jarvis: "OK, Vale, we need to go over a few things with you about the bike. If you look at the powerpoint presentation, you will see the clutch handle, located here, the brake handle, here, and the throttle, here.."

    Vale,"ezzz ok, I understand."

Jarvis: " the traction control now has five maps, located here, here, here and here."

Vale: "itza ok, I see that."

Jarvis: "Under no conditions will you pass Jorge unless we give you the green light, located here."

    Vale: ":rofl:rofl:rofl" :evil
