He did well mate, didn't even fall off I don't think. The 700 TA performed faultlessly.

I just got Pauls message. He seems cheery enough.
I'm in Kingscliff for a few days R&R so if he needs anything all someone has to do is yell. 0403 286 271

I hope his arm isn't as bad as mine was. Wouldn't wish that on anyone. I'll have to point him to the "Heavy Metal" thread now he's a member.

Baric dropped the bike at my place as I am not far from Paul's, happy for you guys to get the rest of his stuff to my place at Bald hills or drop of at my work at the Airport or something in between, so I can get it all together in one spot for Paul.
Having a looksee tonight and chat to Paul about the best way to go, insurance or home repair, as I have a lot of the original stuff from mine, will see what it looks like, I have had a few insurance claims myself, so I know the drill.

Ok now that I got that out, totally agree with you on the spirit of this community there really is a great bunch of people in here that genuinely care.

If you were on the DRZ the repair bill would have been cheaper :lol3

I may be on the other side of the world, but I can keep him in my families prayers. I hope the break and surgery sort things out and there is a full recovery.

Anyone got his Speedo as I can't see it with the bike unless it is in one of his bags.
That is a costly bit so could do with finding it.

Yeh just found it in the tankbag, any chance i could get the keys Pritch as I need the fuel cap out the way to get the back fairing off to check the tank. Either drop them at my place or James lives up near you.

It wouldn't be worth doing a home repair would it? :eek1 Paul hasn't done many k's on the Kato, wouldn't it be better to get it assessed, hope it gets written off and he gets a new one? After a big off like that there could be some hidden frame damage, it may never be the same?! Just my humble opinion or 2cents worth.
