    Hodaka Guy,

Here's a mod to your well designed and built tanker brace. I added a steel tube and drop down steel tabs to mount highway pegs. This really helped relieve leg fatigue on a 6,000 mile California to trip Alaska. The added bar was welded to your brace. The pegs fold up in front of the tank. I dropped the bike a few times and never had a problem.

    Cheers, Tom

haha gotta love the highway pegs! I was wishing for something like that on my 2400 mi trip I made from CA - CO and back on my vintage cafe racer with set back pegs.

    Mr Hodaka,

Have any of these guys ready to go?

    Hodakaguy,
So these braces will mount well with a Clark tank and stock plastic combo? If so put me down for one when the next batch is done. I installed a ASI radiators & Unabiker radiator guards combo. I had to change the hole configurations on both to make them mount. Now my shrouds dont match up with the radiators at all.

Tested? How indepth of testing did you do? Scratches on the your new pretty tank testing or are you saying you went for a ride?

    Hodakaguy,

Any braces available? If not, any thought to the next batch?

Any experience with your brace installed with Acerbis tank, Unabikers and Fluidynes?

I am actually thinking this very thing. :clap I don't like my IMS tank and how it attaches to the radiators. it holds more gas, but this brace and the acerbis just seems like a better way to go.
