Ride VA 2013 Poker Run
Saturday, April 27, 2013, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Ride in our 6th annual Poker Run through the historic Greater Fredericksburg area and stop at some of the Fredericksburg area battlefields and parks if you want to.. Ride day registration starts at 9:00 am on 4/27 with last bike in by 1:30 pm and prizes awarded starting at 2:00 pm. Prize for best hand AND worst hand is $250 each. Last year over $5,000 in prizes awarded. 50/50 raffle for $5/ticket.
Registration fee is $25 for the rider and $20 for playing passenger. The fee includes event T-shirt, Ride patch/bar, meal ticket at Quaker Steak & Lube, prize drawing ticket and an"entry bag."
Register online at www.fredhab.org to guarantee an event T-shirt.

I planned on going Friday, but the weather clowns put out a "100% chance of rain," so I shifted some stuff to make room for a weekend run, weather permitting. Of course 100% certainty yesterday translates into 30% chance today.

I'm about to slap some lock-on grips on the X, as the stock ones are already turning and I remember hating grip glue, hairspray, and twisted wire...so you'll probably see me out there field testing them this weekend. :)

EOD3MC: I found an old RR on Union Springs from my first ill-fated adventure with it...fully loaded on a big bike. It will be much more fun Sugar Grove weekend on the little bikes
