Yea Id like to do backflips till I thrash my ass with you guys this weekend.
I been trying for two days to buy this KTM 450 Six Days Enduro. We agreed on a price. And the guy wont respond. WTF ? Maybe it takes six days to buy this bike? Worse than gettin a pistol permit.
I'm riding up to Kissells friday morning early to get bags. We can do lunch at Otto's

Yea I think I got it. Does it end with 20 ? And if you're driving a vehicle stop and get my ass cause I aint riding nuts to butts to Otto's. Really they should have my bike done by lunch.

I'm in for Saturday. However, I just swapped my stock 14/45 gearing for 13/52... and the chain doesn't fit. So new one in the mail should be here Friday. Hope its on time. I'd hate to have to put the old ones back on. Anyway, I've had so damn much of this bike apart over the last few days, adding shit, I'm asking for something not to work or loosen up. I really need a shake down ride Friday night.

That sounds like some really deep gears you put on that 350 PaSlammer.
I hope you got your numbers rite. you're gonna be living on the rev limiter.

Geared for woods right now. That's all I've been doing. I just wanted to see the difference. I'll probably switch back to the 14 front and see how it works. My "guess" is that a 14/50 would be the best all around. However right now with the 14/45 I rarely ever get out of first in the woods and on the climbs it starts lugging.

BTW, I'm pretty sure stock gearing on the XCW is 13/52. Mine, the EXC is 14/45. Big difference...

Oh I'm an expert at spending money. I just need more skills at hiding the spending from the wife. Just blew $2400 on boxes and mounts at Kissells. I definately want to replace my KTM . I'm looking at KTMs or a WR250R. The problem I'm finding is people wanting almost new bike prices for 3 yr. old bikes. All the decent deals I've found are farther than I want to drive. Want to stay under 2 hrs. away.
$5000 range.

Find me a f800gs, or a 1200gs! If I find an 800 the DR will go, if I find a 1200 I'll keep both!

Kissell's has a SICK red 800 adventure!

I would recommend the 2014 F800 adventure. The big gas tank is worth having. I saw quite a few F800s in the classifieds here.
