On the drive to Austin, had a think, and decided the Ducatis are going to do better here than I thought. Hayden 6th or 7th.

This is because this is a start/stop horsepower track?
If I recall you had pointed out how Marquez was lifting his bike up earlier than others here during the test.
I hope the Duc's can pick up on that technique and get a move on. Though I really suspect it won't take too long before those Yamaha boys catch wind of that trick too.

Was only going to be there for Saturday and have something Monday morning I can't get out of and flights/weather have been far to iffy to risk it.

Lol Rossi fan bois. He barrly beat MM on a track that the Yamahas did very well and the Hondas did horrible. Austin is a Honda track and they are going to blow the doors off the Yamahs.

Texas always does things in a first class way and the new track is no exception. Trust me.

Overnight a fire broke out in the Monster/Tech3 garage , and activated the overhead sprinkler system. I was told that the cause was a faulty battery charger for the starter rollers. I am working Technical Control, located in garage #1. When I arrived this morning there were several " flood restoration" trucks vacuuming standing water from the "low numbered" garages (YFR, Tech3, LCR, HRC), as others manned squeegees and pushed waves of water into the storm drains on both sides of the garages. Our team needed to check some specs from one of the prototype teams, and when the technician opened the drawer and removed their log book for this bike it was literally waterlogged.

This event put several teams behind on their scheduled preparation, but I expect everyone will be ready for FP1, tomorrow at 10;00 (local).

DP needs to man up to keep MM behind him.
This could be the race where both get their hate on.
They are more likely to run each other off track than JL and VR.

Results? Don't really care, just looking forward to good racing.

Vale with a KS34 helmet on would be über cool.

I think the top 5 (JL, VR, MM, DP & CC) will have the eyes tuned to incinerate!

    It's a Keith thing apparently
    :huh
