I can ride sweep to keep the noobs in line and pick up stragglers. Time to eat dust. Not a problem. I have 39 years of riding experience, almost all of it off road.

I talked to one of the rangers in person and she told me that sometimes they don't get the website updated because of late-breaking events like rain/fire/etc. She advised always calling the district office the day before a ride to get the latest gate status.

Damn, I guess I'm in then too :eek1

Mother's Day, not me

I'm doing a 2 day ride out of Lone Pine on the 17th. Riding through the White mountains on fairly simple single and double track trails. staying in Lone Pine Friday and Saturday night. Any Noobs interested? great trails, and good beer in Lone Pine both nights.
PM me or post here. I am in the process of mapping some good routes to Bishop and return all off road.
