I'm definitely in. I'll already be in that area for the beginning of bow season, so it won't be too hard for me to swing over and do some riding. Great time of year for the mountains!

As the time get's closer we can start another thread to organize, etc.

Bob will be fine in the box. It actually seems to be a much smoother ride than the sidecar. He is safer there, out of the sun, out of the rain etc. With a cheap padlock on it I will feel much better about running in the gas station to take a leak. He will miss those nice 70 degree days of having the wind in his face but at least he will still be able to come to camp with me.

I am way ahead of you guys on my new jacket and fluffy farkles.

The boy and I are getting matching jackets because that is what you do'

I made a rack for my XT.

Built using a cheap-o buzz box stick welder, angle grinder, and 2"x1/8" bar stock.

Not as nice as the stuff that JDrocks makes, but it seems pretty strong, and all the holes line up even after welding it together.

Nice !.... It must be rack time..I'm in the middle of making one for the K-GT so I can either slide on my GIVI case or take it off and have room to strap a BIG duffle bag.

They say you need all that stuff, but they really just check tire pressure and registration every time I've been.

It does leave from the campground at 0900. There is parking up front if you trailer in for the day. We usually get a few sites with power, the night time temps can drop pretty low. We have cleaned frost off the bikes a few times, so a small heater comes in handy. They give out directions on a roll chart, no GPS coords.

    Looking forward to it!

Starting from B.E.s tomorrow and Thursday. Plans are pretty fluid from there. Leave a note if you want to meet up.
