thanks finn for doing the PPs a nice favor = more riding time

yes folks we encourage people to get their park pass simply because it is the right thing to do. then, last year we started rewarding people who buy the park pass by giving them an extra raffle ticket. those with annual pass, golden pass, military pass, etc. are also included.

    :rofl

    i can't believe that came from cathy.....:sweeti

    :lol3

from last year. lol finding this place unless you're lost or lost rider.

thanks for the weather forecast. cold, wind, rain and little wind. love it. it may be in the 70s at the campground, but when you get to some high elevation, like the passes....it will be in the 50s.

To all Cerro Gordo riders on the Saturday ride:

I just spoke with the caretakers in town, and they will welcome us, and offer a tour of the town. They requested donations of firewood, gas, water, and paper plates. I reminded her we will all be on motorcycles, and asked if there were any smaller, lighter items we could bring, but she couldn't think of anything. It looks like a cash donation would be best. I would suggest at least $5 per person, but $10 would be even better. Robert may not be there, but there are other temporary caretakers that will give the tour.

We will not be the only group arriving at CG that day.
    See you all soon.

    Paul

I recommend this one from Black Dog Cycle Works, it attaches to the frame in the back instead of the engine block...

Panamint Valley riders will likely find something this on their ride. I'm positive the LOST group will find it.

I'm selling an almost new iPad with retina display in the flea market, incase anyone is interested... I bought another one and do not need 2...

If anyone wants to use the cash-only option, I'll bring it to the rally for you, and make sure it is fully charged before leaving...
