2HE KLR650 clutch arm mod

Installed (easy) this 2HE KLR650 clutch arm mod in my 2011 KLR650 and is U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E, TOTALLY EFORTLESS NOW!!!!

Also, I filled the handle bar full of copper plated BB shot ($14 Wartmart or Bass-Pros; 6k count, used around half), then I put the bar end back so it compressed the shot. Results? 2/3 less vibes @ the handlebar!!!

Thanks for the complements on the clutch arm mod. (yes it is really that good if I do say so myself) I started out with 3 modded arms and have been swaping them back for the stock core arms as I go. The turnaround has left a touch of a lag in my ability to keep up with the demand. This is a good Bang for your buck. Installed today, makes a big difference in the pull. I was amazed at how it softens the release and makes taking off a lot easier. I finally got to ride my KLR after ordering and installing 2 months ago (medical issues) and I must say this is the best money I've spent on the KLR. It transforms the clutch action dramatically. GREAT MOD!!
