    in a week or so I'll own my first "dual-sport" capable bike, and when I happened upon the TET that goes right through my backyard I was like "SWEET" (North-West NJ).

    Anyway "Hi everyone" and I'm sure excited to get into this style of riding.

    My previous experience has been long sport-touring (VFR, PC800) and I own an old Norton now that is good for local rides.

    KLR in a week, then out to NM and CO with it in June...

    chip, thank you very much for the info..... i'm not too GPS'ish, but i'm fixin' to learn... i'm in central fla., so this trip is just north of me, and i've done the area on backroads on my ZRX, so i'm lookin' forward to trying something more dirty on my KTM....
