Once again, I had a great time at the GRGR. Fun route and awesome people, really can't go wrong! Thanks Craig and Rob for setting it all up.

I'm glad you all had fun. Craig did a great job on the route. It was nice to see some familiar faces and meet some new friends.

Next years GRGR is already in the planning stages. What do you guys think about a fall ride?

Oh yeah, to the guys who posted pictures, thanks. Anyone else?

Gimme a date so I can put it on the calender! Late August/early Sept would be best for me. I'm going back to school for my Master's and it'd be awesome if we could go before school starts up again. Me and Mow-ree are planning to follow that track around then regardless of an official ride. But, if we could get a big group together, I'm all for it.

Thanks for the pics so far, and keep em coming!

I've been in Stark's many a time. Where else are you going to buy a boat, and outboard motor, a shotgun and a fifth of whiskey?

698 miles round trip, and there were some real good ones in there! Nice to see some good friends and meet some new ones. Thanks for setting this up guys!

I'd probably be in for a fall run depending on the dates.

I had a blast. I also learned a few things.

    1. There are a LOT of cool "roads" in Iowa. I'm just 70 miles away from the campground and had never seen most of it. I'll certainly be back to see some more.

    2. Stagnant river mud smells bad....real bad. River mud roasting on Honda exhaust smells even worse. :lol3

    3. Stay hydrated! I didn't get my morning coffee. I didn't bring a Camelback. I didn't get a lot to drink during the ride. I did however, pay the price. The last 50 miles or so got much more difficult once my brain decided to take a break. Word to the wise: If you forget which way to move your shifter, it's time for some water. :deal

I guess I should clarify. When I mentioned a fall ride I meant for next years GRGR. But keep your eyes peeled for a Jackson County ride that Craig has been talking about for later this year...:evil

In the old days, you could have added a Honda to that list.

Looks like a great time. I rode an older GRGR track last year with two others and we had a blast (but no shirts or stickers so count yourselves lucky :deal). I wish I could have made it this year but a fall ride next year sounds great and I will keep an eye out for a Jackson County ride (where ever that is).
