Outback Jack, I apologise for getting so wound up at you. It was an overreaction on my part and uncalled for.

I hope so. For some reason I get stupid touchy (I just KNOW someone with use that but anyway ... ) when it comes to anything about kids. Thanks for being gentlemanly about the whole thing. :freaky

I'm also outraged . If I went to a petrol station , got off my bike, took my helmet off ,entered the shop and payed with either cash or card , no one has yet told me WHAT OIL I WOULD BUY:cry:cry:wink:

Maybe if they didn't hide in cashiers cages, had some product knowledge of what they are trying to sell and actually provided the Service part of the name....

Who are the rude arrogant bugggers again...

The cages are pretty much necessary in todays climate sadly enough, as for the service part can't just point at servos.Service is pretty rare all round nowadays always amazed how some people keep their jobs, and yes I've done a stint behind a counter most customers are fine but the 5% who aren't sure do make up for the rest.

There not called service stations anymore. That's just what us old blokes call them from a bygone era. It's BP Fresh, but since they got rid of the groceries they should call it BP Latte. And all the cashiers have product knowledge because they can all pull a coffee. Albeit a bad one.
