Well, is there a Starbucks down there in Abbeyville? If so, I might go down thataway.

There's only two good roads in this state. Hwy 178 and hwy 28. Both best ridden when headed north. If the tag isn't on my way to either of these roads, it's in the wrong direction (too far) for me.

I am headed over the mountain to Dollywood at 6 am on Friday with the 6th Grade from Greenville Middle.:eek1

I chose my words poorly see above. But the fact that there's 3 or 4 tags games in SC is going to give you the most honest answer to your question.

This is:
- Within 8 mi, crow flight, from the old (church) tag.
- East of HWY28

I, for one, could use another clue for this new tag. It's right in my stomping grounds, and I've probably ridden by it a bazillion times, but I just can't place it.

You should probably tell these yahoos where that church is, too, so that they can Google navigate from a known point.

What part of the far side are you from? 14 of my last working years were in the "Bay Area".

Half way between Sacto and Lake Tahoe. Just high enough to keep my feet dry when Sierra's become water front.

Old house on Old Charleston Road in McCormick County. It's about a mile east of SC 28.
