Removing pinion nut on Suzuki TS 125

    It can't be done! I've wrenched, soaked it with WD 40, heated it...I cannot loosen this bugger. This is the first time the cases have been apart and there is no rust or anything that would appear to be holding it back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Left hand thread? Have you been using an impact gun? Tried heat to loosen any locktite?

    Kroil/Krill ( spelling ??) also have you tried an Impact ??? the hammering effect breaks them free and if the are from trees squirells do a fine job on eating Pinion Nuts :rofl

    The hand ones work pretty good, I used one on my RD with no problems :D

    Picked up a pretty nice 3/8" drive model at Menard's for $30. Hooked up to my air compressor and off it came!

    I don't know why I don't think of these solutions myself! I guess I'm thinking old school, back when you could only get good tools from Craftsman or Snap-On and they were really expensive.
