TT350's were pretty rare here. I have only seen a couple in the wild including back when they were new. Back in the 1990's I looked for one for several years to drop my XT350 motor into and finally gave up.

Check the carb manifold. The rubber can come away from the alloy. Easy to replace. All wheel bearings apart from front right uses a pair of bearings. Change to 15/50 gearing. Don't fall off.

Then once I've got my license, I'll be selling the TT It's been fun, but I bought the bike to learn on and learn I have. I still love it though :')
Hey TTKlaus, I was wondering if you could give me a little more information on the Baja Design kit you used on your TT350. I called them and they were not sure they could help me. I really like their dual sport kits and was wondering if you could steer me in the right direction? I don't want to change the looks of my '87 TT350 too much. It is awesome just as it sits! Some shots of my shock res conversion... From a useless 1986 Yamaha version that needs a nitrogen needle and is non-adjustable... To an orsum 1983 Honda version that is easily filled and adjustable (not that you can tell the difference on the bike, but it's got a dial )... and with the longer line, it means I can remove the shock without also removing the airbox, airbox boots and carbs... WR250 "gay" muffler - stealth mode engaged... Damper mount... The speedo splashes were from another job and my bike was a bit too close. He's given me some stuff to polish it up. Crank it above 7 and watch the stainless post flex The damper isn't centered where I'd like but it's going to work fine. The post leans slightly to the right which offends my OCD and sense of tidyness (stop laughing) but will be ok. Looks like 3-5 will be normal settings. Once I've been running it for a while, I'll dump the 10w and re-fill with 5w which should get the adjuster in the middle of the settings.
Seems a DR650 spring (6.5kg/mm) fits on a TT350 almost properly. Better spring rate than stock but a little short... I got it to 9% static sag and 33% race sag. Looks from my calcs that the stock spring is about 6kg/mm.
i got one from a yard not to long ago. still have it, it's carbs are craped out and the wireing harness is cut to hell and the cables are rusted to shit and the only thing the tank could hold is air.. i'm going to revive it.. with whatever i can.. the stator is still good, puts out enough zap to arc to my hand and make me curse. so there is one upside.. and that's all i need. oh.. and i need a chain to..
