Not as much as you did, but we aren't talking money It's close, but with a minute interval between the top 3 ( they are the only ones in it if the bike and navigation hold up) starting tomorrow, he has the initiative
He started 2 minutes after Coma, caught him and Goncalves up and then looking at the PC times they rode together. He should be 2.10ish in front but will start in front tomorrow. Will be a chess game for the next few days if the bikes hold together.
Barreda took a short route to the Tarmac and went back that way, can't imagine it was a tactic Tomorrow Sam should be 3rd - anything higher would be unbelievable, Wed is a stage win target and then the run in on thurs from the front, with Coma and Concalves catching him - Sam to win by a minute - well, that's the theory, in practice, 3 very tough days left HRC are quiet, are they all sleeping in Japan?
FWIW, SS2 Results (bikes&quads) (and I have no clue what one has to do to get a 102hr penalty:huh): http://abudhabidesertchallenge.com/ckfinder/userfiles/files/ADDC%202013%20Results/RESULT_SS2_BIKES.pdf
Well if it helps there is a middle aged guy, on a computer, sitting in a cubicle in Canada cheering for him
Unfortunately, I know exactly what you have to do to earn a 102 hour penalty - from experience. Failure to start a day is a 100 hour penalty. Then 2 hour is then all too easy.
It seems that Jeremias Israel crashed over Helder on a dune. Israel with a broken arm Helder bike damaged Helder finished stage with Israel's bike
