100mph is the limit. 70mph is a good cruising speed but it will cruise a bit faster, up to 80 but not much more. Have a look at http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=397175&highlight=alps+london to see how it goes when loaded. The speeds quoted are real (GPS) - the speedo is way out. I cant remember the speed/RPM ratio and have recently converted to a 14T front sprocket so I cannot really quote RPMs.
