great ride last nite.
i am beat and now i get to go to work!:huh

met up with the crew right after getting off of work up at the bottom of Lynx.

soon after this i dropped my camera and it broke. the thing was on it's last leg, so time for a new one.





after this we were off to SITOs Trail, but first the HILLCLIMB in the dark



FMFpunk did it with his back end swinging from side to side almost going down a few times(as it appeared) but pulled it off.

i finish my last beer and get on the gas, go up and on the corner of the hillclimb the silt swallowed me whole. i went down but it felt like i was jumping into a pillow. soft landing.
picked her up and did it again with no problem. the clarity of the climb is what gets you.

we took 4N 24 up with no stops until the top to put warmer gear on and super moto down SCD and down Angeles Forest Hwy and the Crest .

the temperature change from the top of Pacifico and SCD down to La Canada was HUGE. it actually felt "warm" down in the city.

200 miles on the ODO and in the door just before 2 AM when i thought i would be home by midnite. hahahaha

Sorry I was a no show boys. Some stuff came up unexpectedly. I wish I could have made it. Next time !

Wow, I can't believe you got the picts up already. Way to go Razr! You gotta be just a wee bit sleep deprived about now. Thanks for taking all the picts. Nice to see Sito show up too.

It was a cool change riding at night, literally too. When it gets hot again I may have to make that a regular thing. I like seeing the K-rats and other assorted nocturnal critters. Even the Chupacabras.

good job guys for keeping the full moon ride back into life again. i'll have to wait for the warmer days (or nights), but first i have to get one of those super bright hid headlights.

my birthday is in 2 weeks EXACTLY and those are at the top of my list !!!










p.s. just got home from work after 10 hours of making ppl beautiful.
now gotta pack for Seattle trip. boy am i tired !!!!

Beverage wait for late PRE riders (roughly 7:30 PM ish)

over Pacifico to Newcombs Ranch


meet at Newcombs Ranch for dinner at 8:30PM- 9:00PM:dg


after dinner do Pacifico to Mill Creek parking lot:slurp

down to WzlTech Trail

Aliso Cyn to Sito's Trail

up Moody or 4N24 etc etc etc :slurp

bailouts at ANY time.


i have the times for riders that arrive for pre-ride, later pre-ride(Mill Creek lot), or just to start up at Newcombs for dinner.

Anyone can meet up at Newcombs for dinner, some FF's had their ladyfriends drive up and meet us for dinner !

Any update on closures from yesterday's fire?

Not that I've heard, but the fire is/was a good deal west of all Razr's proposed routes. Should be good to go.

It's all up there in those mtns behind the big city.

I know, "what a FF".

Just show up and someone will lead the way... and if you get separated, just head south at any opportunity and you'll end up back in the big city.


With that said, I'm a definite maybe... "so what else is new?"

Gee Whiz, this sounds like fun. Is there any chance that alcohol will be consumed or that there will be any swearing? Because I'd hate for that to happen, because one would think that riding in the dark and drinking alcoholic beverages would possibly make one more likely to suffer a blunt impact.
