Ok so the marketing dept is chomping at the bit to know who this mystery motorman really is. I mean it's been, what, 1 whole day already and not a peep outa the spy magazines or the paparazzi. All we got is a whole lotta nothing. I mean no posts, no hints, no deviously clever comments, just dead air. :pynd

At the very least we need to get some true life testimonials, for some sizzling marketing copy for use in our planned world wide advertising and info-mertial saturation campaign. :rilla

You know stuff like this is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Or, this will change your life for ever. :happay
Or, you wouldn't believe what my IICE Air does for me.

You know, smok'n hot ad copy stuff, so that everyone everywhere will be drooling over being the first one on their block to have their very own IICE Aire… :rayof
And be totally in the know about how cool the IICE Aire really is. :bubba :jkam

Ok so who is gunna step up and get this ball rolling? :y0!

The paparazzi are just waiting to pounce to give you your 15 minutes of fame. :amazon

Thanks JVB.

Apparently you can't have an ADVrider product without a proper ADVrider salute. :D

Admit it it was your bike and you were prototyping.

Nope. My GSA. (And my finger!)

It's an amazing product. Worth the wait.

Smoother throttle transitions is what you'll notice first. Notable on the pavement and VERY noticeable the first time you take your BIG PIG (or PIG if it's a GS) down an unpaved road. Plus smoother shifting and smoother running overall.

Don't want to oversell, but the IICE Air is a game-changer.

38,000 miles on a 2005 R1200RT. 26,000 miles on a 2009 GSA. 150 miles on the best running hexhead I've ever thrown a leg over.

Yeah over selling is the marketing dept's job. :evil
It's WHAT we do
It's WHAT WE do
It's WHAT WE DO :lol3

But work with me here, I need more sound bites, more real true life testimonials from satisfied customers… :ear

I gotta get at least 15 seconds of killer dynamite one liners, for the info-mertial you understand. :deal

Where's the beef? :rofl

Directly from my emails to Poolside:

@ Hells Kitchen. Smoother transitions, less shifting, no surge passing thru 5,500 RPM.

and

I enjoyed the performance of the IICE Air going UP to Hells Kitchen and enjoyed it just as much going DOWN to the freeway. It substantially reduces the amount of shifting one must do on an R1200 to make it feel "right."

So much so, that even though I was wearing a 3/4 helmet (to hear the bike) and sneakers, I felt compelled to take the Big Girl down Trabuco Creek Road and back.

(If you're not familiar with Trabuco Creek Road, I've attached photos that illustrate.)

Wow.

Every hexhead should have an IICE Air.

Especially for riding off-pavement.

Makes on/off throttle transitions silky-smooth (like a shampoo and cut by Scrappy Coco!) without it ever feeling like over-run.

The best performance mod I've ever done to any bike. Simple. No tools. No evidence!

Well if you have to ask you don't want to know… :D

Besides accounting ok'd it. And we both know what tight wads they can be. :norton

And besides this way you have plausible deniablity. :evil

I ken tell yer new around these here parts. Mostly because you left us with
"I'm looking forward to my package........"

And if this were JM or one of it's subsidiaries this simply wouldn't be allowed to stand with out at least one comment.

But even so what with this being a technical forum and all, someone is bound to come up with a technical description to provide an adequate period at the end of that sentence.

I'm still recovering from the booze and service on my "package" at your expense :nod , so I can imagine someone "looking forward to [his] package."

As for me, I'm looking forward to more blissful miles today on my IICE Air-equipped GSA. What a package!

55 miles to work without my IICE air and 55 miles back home later today. Will be doing this again tomorrow and Friday. I sure would like to put an engineering backed report on this thread of the before and after experience but that requires that I receive mine in the mail! I'll take one of your crappy early figuring out how to do the potting thing if it will get me one sooner.

P.S. Uhhh.... you don't have to work on ghostrider's. He won't mind. He is the patient type. Really. It's O.K. . Total back of the line. He's good with it.
