I give to the Lord, mostly for protecting me from myself. I give thanks for my wife, who endures much and still smiles and loves me. I'm thankful for my kids, who provided me with distractions, aggravation, and joy as they grew up. And they've provided us with wonderful grandkids. I'm very thankful and grateful for my moto-family. Y'all are the family of choice.
I pray each of you have a wonderful day. May blessings and joy be your companions today.

Happy Turkey day all. I am in Cleburne, Texas for the Holiday with my brother in laws family. I got here and immediately got sick (no they aren't that bad) and spent 18 hours yesterday in bed and trekking back n forth puking in the toilet. Fun day.

Feeling a little more human today but not a lot. The drive home this evening should be interesting, gonna bring plenty of puke bags.

I too am thankful for my ADV Moto-family, although I often wonder how this group insanity and BS contribute to my own sanity and happiness.

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving, and got to spend some time with family. I haven't met any of you but come next year I am hoping to change a lot of that. Have decided that it is time to relax more, work a little play a lot.

Ditto x 4 Jay. I really do have so much to be thankful for. Was watching the kids put up Christmas lights and the tree yesterday. Seems but a few short years ago they were babies playing with the wrapping paper. Good Lord what a fun ride it has been. Hope everyone has a Great day and to all the retired folks....I GET to go to work tomorrow.
I have to word it that way to make it easier to get up in the morning.

Hope my Arkie friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We did here at V-man's house.

Understand on that GET to work. Helps put in perspective when we realize we are very fortunate to have a decent job in this sucky economy. I also GET to work Saturday evening. 6 PM call time. Probably won't be back home until the wee hours of the morning. BUT... I have a job and it is taking care of us. Giving THANKS for a good job... right?
