DFW - First Friday Beer Meets

I gotta take the dog out then I'm headed up there, so hopefully some people will still be there!

WOW! Sorry it took me so long to get back on here -- this month's been retarded.

The last meet was a LOT of fun. It was so nice to meet so many newcomers (and not have Trip and Codyy scare them away... yet).

Also, there will be no official First Friday Beer Meet/RTE in December or January (for the holidays). But if anyone wants to get together spontaneously, go for it!

Hooray, Beer Meet!

That was fun, guys. It was nice to meet Zach and GailCallsMeKarl, and to see the familiars there too. Wish I'd been able to scoot the DR over there (less than a damn mile from our apartment), but maybe next time.

So there was some protest (*cough*Aaron*cough*) about there not being a December Beer Meet. It occurred to me that some of you will be pretty desperate for a reprieve from the holiday family chaos.

So I will post details of a December Beer Meet soon!

Good, 'cuz I was pretty pissed about that, and when I get pissed... I complain on the Internet.

Though I'm trying to get a fractured ankle healed up, I would be interested in making a December meet. I may have to tie a kite string to my shifter, but I should be relatively mobile by December I hope.

I've never made it to one of these, I'd like to try and attend the December meet-up...
