I was on vacation in The seattle area last week and I was rear ended at a red light in pullyalup (SP?) Thanks, Mike
Just seen this on TV they look like car crash people 1-800-justice. I will PM you another hi-tec mouth piece number.hth
Thank Dog I was in a cage this time. We were at a red light and I look up and see this car in the rear View and WHAM he hits us. Tries to run and I kinda made him go in the gas station on the corner. He gets out and walks in the store like nothing happened. I pull my car behind him so he cannot leave, Wife calls 911 and cops arrive 15 min later. I dont think he even got a ticket. WTF Tells trooper that he must have fell asleep. He also said that ther was no damage and we did not have to call the cops. What an asshat !
Who said that - d00d or the trooper? ...and it was a "trooper" (State Police), not a Puyallup cop? Where'd it happen? Were you in a rental car? No injuries, I hope... C'mon - spill!
The fella that hit us said that. It was a trooper (female) The address is SB SR 161 At 224th. St. E. Yes Hertz rental 2010 Toyota. We had just left Rainier and were headed back to Seattle. I spent a few hrs in The E room. and still have a headache and my lower back is hurting like hell and my right foot is bothering me more and more. My wife... Nothing wrong just a little shook up and sore. We had to fly out Sat. AM. so it was a painful flight back to ATL.
Did the Troop do a report? Injury collusion's are reportable in WA. Did the other driver produce proof of insurance? Did his airbags deploy? Was the rental towed? Were you transported? Citations? These questions (and more) will be addressed in the report. Good luck on a speedy recovery sir.
47.053078,-122.294784 - hope the trooper wrote it up. Certainly ought to see about getting a lawyer if you're thinking compensation... even if you got the d00d's insurance info and police report.
I've referred some folks injured in auto accidents to Adler-Giersch firm in Seattle. They have a good reputation in the personal injury realm. You can check them out at adlergiersch.com Best wishes for a speedy recovery, physical and financial! Terry
