I don't even know what terms to google to find this answer.

Making a custom dash, just need some bulb covers.
You know, like 2 orange/yellow ones for signals, green for neutral, etc...
    Who sells them?

Indicator lamps, any decent sized electronic supply store should have them or can get them cheap.
    Mcmaster Carr also carries them.

If you have a way to drill real clean and straight holes flush mount led lens look very nice

My "best way" for drilling these types of holes is to use a unibit:

For plastic and aluminum, harbor freight sells a 3 piece set that has held up for a few years. I also have a couple Irwin ones that I use on steel sheet metal holes. I got those first many years ago so I just never had the need to use the HF ones on anything other than plastic and AL.

These are nice because they do not grab like a twist drill does when breaking through fragile material, and you can use them in a hand drill that is pretty much unsupported.
