I´ve been lurking a bit on this AR2. I have grown out of my Rukka Allroad and need to have an view on the alternatives. Rukka is great but i need something more adventure oriented gear and i think this AR2 have some nice features.
Any news on when availeble for EU?

Now we know why the price went up. This might be the only suit on earth that is 100% Armacor other than the, even better for abrasion, huge Superfabric panels. Impressive for sure, and aesthetically more approachable:clap:clap:clap

I got an up close and personal guided tour of a pre production jacket at the KTM rally from the guy who designed all the Adventure rally jackets. I have been on the list at Atomic moto ever since. It looks like a the best features of the Badlands and Adventure rally were combined.
I love my first gen jacket and feel a little guilty about replacing it since I have beat the crap out of it and it hardly shows it, at least after I wash the dirt off it.:rofl:rofl

These look great....timing is good for me needing a new suit of armor. Want to put my hands on them but thinking Air jacket and R2 pants combo. Nothing worst than being too hot. Can add a layer but hot is hot.

I have the original ADV suit and about everything else Klim sells. The waterproof is still there after more than 20 washings. The most notable wear is fabric fuzzies around the end of the sleeves from the velcro snagging it.

So the outer WP jacket is include with the Air mesh jacket or in addition $350?

BTW Klim replaced my pant zipper free even though I told them if it was from a fall. I hope that kind of service does not change under Polaris.

I called Klim to ask about availability and was told that the new version of the Rally jacket and pant has been delayed until 2014. Was the person I spoke to confused about the model change over or is there truth in this?

I was hoping to buy the new version but if its delayed until next year I guess I'll go with the current generation.

Thanks for any light you can shed on this!

Bummer to hear that their production wasn't up to the quality standards but this jives with what the rep at Klim told me.

I do appreciate the confirmation and quick reply. Thanks!

Nice to see Klim quality control doing its work :-) I'm very satisfied with their warranty followup and like what I see here.

    Better safe than sorry.

Haha oh dear, I promise I didn't have anything to do with it!

Looking for options now, and it seems to be the badlands.. would you chime in on this thread if you have a moment? I figure you would be the people in the know about information on changes to the badlands pro.
