With the sixth rider reaching the first time-check point, the provisional order has changed: Olivier Pain is on the coat tails of Kurt Caselli, with only three seconds separating the two bikers. Frans Verhoeven climbs into joint third place alongside Polish rider Kuba Przygosky, 27” behind the leader.

sounds like the boys are drag racing :lol3

No one in top 10 is losing more then a minute to the leader except for Cyril Despres.
If his bike has been leaned for altitude other KTMs are not. Hmm ...

So now that I have had a chance to look at the times, I have to assume Cyril and Faria screwed up the navigation on the salt flats :D

Its going to be difficult for them to catch up, unless they ride faster than the others on the two track section.

oh BTW, if anyone drops thier bike at this altitude, picking it up will be like picking up a 990 when you are wasted.

Seems like he has some mechanical, it could be leaning of the gas or some other... the question is who is going to solve this problem when he gets to the empty biv? . marathon is not the stage to play with settings!
but he probably has :jose to help him out.:rofl
