Possibly the drive pin from the oil pump shaft? Looks very similar to the one in Hodakaguy's pictorial.

It does look like that one.
The engine has 40% leak down also. So this just gives me the push to get it all rebuilt. Already have the engine out.

Just put my 450 back together (new topend) and the odometer hit 10,000 miles. Hoping to make it to at least 15,000 before I have to split cases to replace the crank and rod. 20,000 would be even better and might not be too unrealistic considering how I'm riding this thing.

I love my Renazco but understand some people don't want to wait and the cost is a bit high. I also highly recommend XPC Racing seats. LINK I've had their seats on two of my bikes and they're awesome!

What are you guys looking for? I am confused? A wire that is only hot when the key is on, for use with your grips? I think that may be what you are asking.

Seat Concepts.com is what your looking for, they make a great seat in tall/stock/soft/firm what ever you want, check em out, people tend to like em.
Corbins are streetbike seats pretty much.

thanks for the response, since I posted I went ahead and found the orange wire, used it to trigger a relay with a fused souce from the battery, now I won't forget to turn off the grip switch and run down the battery.

It's an incredible seat - I just stand all the time so it doesn't make much difference, and I have the tall and short OEM KTM seats.

I paid a bundle for her new, I'd think 250 & ship is good -
