You'd have to bring your KLX into the restaurant to make it a true rally:clap If you can convince them to let you roll it in I have a large "FOR SALE" sign we can put on it.

Guy in Dryden has a '79 Gold Wing with Vetter fairing and bags for sale. He says he wants 5k obo for it. Seems the type to take care of stuff.

It looks to be in sterling condition. No mention of how many KM's on it. Nice seat too!

On the tour out east this summer, we saw as many as 3 goldwings some days, pushed out to the end of the driveway, for sale. Some were pretty ratted out.Every day though, we saw one. I sold one for $500 this summer.

Guys... going to bow out of the dinner tonight. Just got home taking Portage & Roblin Blvd. Roads are bad, and just saw a bad accident. Saw another ambulance going the other way to another accident too. Good night (for me personally) to stay home. Those of you that are going, drive safe and have a great time at the dinner. Good on you John for organizing it.

Hey ADV gang! Great to see everyone tonight, couldn't talk with enough of you, but Deborah and I had a great time tonight. Roads back home were just fine and we pulled in the drive before 10p.m. Hope to see a few of the pictures from the restaurant! Stay well!

It's great to see everyone and sharing some interesting stories, but I still didn't get the "end of bread" part, can someone explain it to me?:rofl

I'll have to check that when I'm some place where FB isn't blocked. (While I do control the content filter, it'd be bad form for me to abuse such power ;) )

Sorry I couldn't hang with you guys last night, but an otherwise dull evening out was made better by one of the guys I rode out to Sturgis with showing up unexpectedly. We had some laughs, and the scenery was pretty good in the inn (think Hooters girls, but with micro kilts instead of shorts :evil ).

Already making ride plans for next year, and I might be able to get out to his place this weekend to test a few new-to-me rifles to make sure that they work (and don't blow up).

At some point I'll have to see if wildwood got my luggage in yet. They've never called. Still, if I just wait then they'll end up storing it for winter for me anyway :D

I was joking with dad that if he wins that Street Glide in the upcoming hospital lotto he ought to take it down to Griffin and have it made into a trike (or even better put a side car on it). Then he could ride a big bike without having to balance it at low speeds.

    But you don't drink ;)

That was a good video there on fezbook. I thought the fireball out of that thing was bigger than that.

We can keep it in mind for a future ADV meet then.

I tend to load conservatively, so long as it proves accurate. Plinking shouldn't hurt TOO much. Just enough punishment to keep it interesting. ;)
