The idea came from there, but a local ADVR'r here in the US made a very rough copy, passed the dim's to another ADVR who made the technical drawing linked

:nono No, no, no! Right a bit, then down a bit.

Are you feeling left-out and under-appreciated, Steve?

Hey I've been creditting you for that design - you fraudster.:huh

I used a Nissin 4 pot as they are very readily available & pretty cheap & had to mill the caliper down a bit to center the calliper over the disc.

I have a pair of triumph branded calipers - I think they might be the 4-pot nissens. I can post a pic if anyone can help ID them.

Humm ... they wouldn't be the first to re-badge another manufacturers kit.

Yeah, post a pic or two, and we'll have a look-see.

Drop me a pm if you're interested in getting rid of them ... :thumb

I ended up getting mine from Victoria Bike Spares in Oz. they had heaps in stock. Around tht time everyone was looking for a set over here so the ones on Trademe went pretty quick & were pricey. I paid $150 I think incl postage.

Tell me about it, there's a new 6 pot on Trademe at the moment, a snip at $370 ... :rofl

Thanks for the suggestion Padmei, I'll start throwing the net a little wider ... :thumb

I've just noticed that they don't ship to NZ. However, if you are keen, we have a visitor coming later this month and another one of the first of Jan, so something could be worked out.

    Yeah, I noticed that too.

However, he does say that he ships worldwide, so I'm hoping that NZ is a country that he will ship to but it's not specifically included on the list.

Many thanks for the offer, I'll let you know what he says ... :thumb

Are we still talking about a GS? Isn't that the wrong side?
