I carry a small bladder of carb cleaner(it's the shizz chemical/formula)Stronger therefore goes farther in wild women/native use, you can also flush your water log'd scoot(KTM)cylinder & trans clean. Effective against wasps & ants also, especially ignited
Fresh oil is critical for bore either case, aloe in case of burns

Anyone know of a tagged XR400 that could be for sale? I'm on the hunt, and haven't found any local that are tagged.

    Great ride today, thanks guys.
    Vico1-taken it easy
Single Track Jeff-too much torque, ripped rear tire off of 650
Etingelefunts-sliding rear end out, looked like skid=mark, slideways
    HonMudDog-wild man can ride a 525 now
KLR guy-I'm an idiot, forgot your name but I know you're a wise man based on the decision you made today
Walliot-maniac on a 650R with slick supermoto tires, didn't fall even one time, can't wait to see him ride with proper tires, holy shit

Perfect weather, no crashes, no drops, no stupid shit from the bow hunters, priceless. TTV next weekend. Seeeeyaaaa

Ya know we did have a good ride even though we lost STJ and Muddog just when it started to get fun.

I glad I rode the track since things have changed since last time I rode.
Its gonna be a long ride on Saturday.

Wore me out though. I guess am not 100% over that cold.

Hope everyone has plans to come out next weekend. Come camp, ride, or just visit.

I didn't take any pics today. Typical

Would have responded sooner, but computer took a dump.
This is KLR Guy (AKA Don).
I figured out as soon as I pull off the road at your starting point that I was not ready for a ride with you folks.
Wrong bike, wrong gear, and absolutely no experience.
I was hoping to be able to just trail along behind you for a little while, but realized right after the first turn off the clay road, that that would not be possible when you all were no where in sight. :uhoh
When I came to the water, it confirmed what I knew before starting out.
Glad you had a good ride.
Good to meet you all, although like mine, most your names are left out in BW where you told them to me.

    You gotta start somewhere.

Hope you can make it out to the Turkey Trot this weekend. We have several fellas there who you would enjoy riding with. They promised a great street only ride. At least come out and visit and grab some food.

    Welcome to PAR.

    Don,
Don't let the first ride get you down. The first time I rode w/ Vic and the guys offroad, I spent a lot of time playing catch up too. I'm not even in the same universe w/ some of those guys. Hang in there and shoot me a PM and let me know when you can ride. I"ve got some local guys in my neighborhood that want an introduction to BW at a sightseeing pace. One is on an XRL650, the other is on a KLR650 and our ages add up to 159........

This is a great bunch of guys and you'll find your group before long. Vic is right about trying to make it to the Trot. Go meet the other inmates. There are plenty of us who ride an easier pace and have yet to learn all the turns and twists BW has to offer.

Oh, and btw, Vic is not really human. He's a like a Ninja Turtle SuperHero....

    Ride safe,

    Frank
