Unfortunately for you, and/or him I don't think that'd make even a small dent. :norton

He should be pretty good. For both kids we put 50 a month in a college trust from the day they were born. Plus all money they earned from jobs, 1/2 went in. But man it is still +10K a year for Western with my daughter. Thank goodness she has a partial track scholarship! I just know when he leaves, my food bill will go WAY down.:lol3

Have you been through since the rock fall at Warm Springs Rapid?
That was supposed to have really changed the dynamics of that rapid.
Pic from park service looking west, fall is on the left. Tell me how it is!

No, I haven't been able to go since the new rock fall, however lots of my raft buddies have. They tell me while a new hydraulic now exists in the center of the channel, (warm springs is left of center) the run on the right hasn't changed much. Just now there isn't as much room as before.
My last trip though was the year before the new fall. We had almost record flow at 24,000 to 26,000. :eek1 Warm springs, at that level, was bigger than almost anything I've seen in the Grand Canyon!
The Yampa has always been my favorite… :thumbup

Getting a jump-start on needed gear changes for not only this ride, but for most of my others...a 14T & 48T to compliment the 15T-41T stock sprocks for the DR350. Should be a Mtn. Goat with a 65mph top speed (that's enough for me):

(Not to be outdone, the KDX is getting new shoes & fork rebuild after the engine overhaul last fall):

If I were a Canadian IT guy, I'd be doing all of this on May 28th :lol3

I will be riding the wife's TTR250 on this ride and was curious what the pace was on the road portions? I have 14/46 gearing and can cruise at 55mph or so. I don't want to slow anyone down, is that fast enough to keep up?

Depends on the group, but most of the between dirt portions were ~50 in my group minus the cow dodging section:D
Getting there might be a whole different story:huh

You'll be on the slow side for the few road portions, but it shouldn't be a deal-breaker. Wuds likes to go about that same speed. :lol3
