    Nice bike.

Post up here next time you go for a ride. There's usually someone looking for a reason to go riding.

+1 on the bike and ride.

I went out at lunch with my buddy here at work. Pavement turned to gravel and he turned shiney into scraped. :puke1 Dumped it in turn and boogered up the left side. I guess that's why they don't advertise the Honda 919 as an adventure bike. He's fine, but understandably disgusted.

Hey Dave, we stopped in at your place Monday on our way home from Maine. You weren't home from work yet so we told the girls hi and headed home. I started a ride report, the link is in my sig line.

Thanks Kevin. I heard somebody stopped by, but the message I got was pretty vague. "Some guy with a gray beard stopped by on his motorcycle. Steve somebody? I don't know. He had a passenger with him." Right. I did think of you and Rhonda coming home from your ride, but the description didn't fit at all.

Sorry I missed you. I'd love to hear about your trip and chat. Come see me by the fire sometime.

Oh, and congrats on the 3,000 posts . . .

Hey all. A little off topic, but considering the group, a good place to ask. I bet somebody here knows someone who knows someone who knows a little something about "distilling" clear liquids. I have only had limited success and need to talk to someone with experience. shoot me a pm with a phone number. Thanks.

Not fun! Sorry about your bud. Good that no damage was done to the human side of the man - machine system. Perhaps he will consider making an investment in something more dirt-worthy. A KLR?

Maybe we should combine our efforts. It might be like those two guys walking around and one has chocolate ond the other has peanut butter.

Yes, some time ago I saw a few guys on skateboards on 33W headed towards Brandywine. They had on full leathers and helmets. I was going up the mountain so didn't get to watch much but they were really moving. Last I looked, skateboards didn't have brakes !!!! I thought maybe the car in front and behind were running with them.

Is this legal?? Maybe if they go faster than cars??? More nerve than I have!!!!

Yep same thing I saw all in full leather and full face helmets. There were two cars with them (folowing). I guess so Noone ran up on them but they seamed to be going as fast as any car goes down that side.
Yeah the next time I can get for a fun ride not just Staunton to Harrisonburg (work). I'll post up to see if anyone is free.

Does anyone know a dude in the Burg that rides a red wee strom with teeth? He has gone by my work a few times. (R. S. Mongers) it's just that my strom is the only one I have seen on that street. It's kinda out of the way.
It's always great to see other adventure riders.
What's it take to be a cat herder anyways? Do you have like cats?
    Why cats?
