I have a 990R as well and was told that map would be safe to use. I have dual Akros.
Did you lose the release cable for the glove box lid when you did the conversion to the snap out? Just wondering if I should just yank it out.

I have a 990 R and I kept the cable attached. It's nice ot be able to lock it.

I looked at KTM Twins and found a map for the twin akro's and Rottweiler intake for 2011. Should be fine.
    We'll see.

Twin Carbon Leo's here and was told the same. I think more and more custom maps will be available very soon.

I personally did ditch the cable but it's very easily reversed anyways.

I didn't want to have the ability to easily remove the glovebox but
not have the ability to put it anywhere but hang it off the side of the bike by the cable.

I wonder how the 2 maps differ? The 2 into 1 and the one from Ktm Twins?
I have not been able to figure out how to compare 2maps side by side on TuneECU.

    Yes they will.

RC High's are by far my favourite for the 990 by a long shot. Puts the bars at a nice sweep and good elevation for standing.

The 990 Adenture "Akra" tune posted at KTM Twins appears to be Moto-Treks' map file. I can find no differences. In fact, both files state that they are for:
"2 into 1 Remus Revolition", not Akra exhaust.
