Looks to me like the RV body was fitted to an M35 chassis, or something like an M35. Looks like the kinda thing Badass Ridez in Littlerock CA would do--there's a gonzo machinist out there who loves putting civilian vehicle bodies on military chassis. Same guy who did this right here:
