they'll probably be showing the national spelling bee live!!!!! and after that, they'll have some kind of ball teams sitting around picking players for the next season! hoooorayyyy!!! the internet is gonna be our very dear friend, goodbye cable!
Dorna are almost getting it. A free, fantastic video on the history of the rivalry between Lorenzo and Pedrosa. Good stuff. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUyTg2C16Kc
I read this yesterday on my phone from Twitter. I'm bookmarking that one. That is very good stuff Krop! Excellent analysis and even better writing. Well written and informed journalism. Reminded me to update my support. Great work David. Thank you for all your hard work.
The only credit I can claim is persuading SofaRacer (who is not me) to write for me. His stuff is totally awesome, always a great read!
That was good reading Krop, thank your contributor for me..... Mind you coming from berserker stock (Scots & Norse) myself I'd give Vale a better than 1 in 4 chance, it's always about the size of the fight in the dog, not the size of the dog in the fight. Is there racing soon?
Yep, hopefully a lean, mean, sneaky one that outsmarts all them youngsters! In reality tho, my thoughts are that Marquez will be competitive but is not expecting to win in his first year so will not, Dani will be under the most pressure he ever has been and will find that hard to cope with, Jorge is the ice man and will be hard to beat but Vales hard riding will disconcert him a bit (I think he will hold the championship at the end). I would love Vale to win but I suspect that is very unlikely, he will be very competitive in the second half of the season but to win you need to be consistent all year. I'm cheering for Vale & Cal and will have to put up with admiring the rest.
That's a good assessment. After Bens flameout I really don't have a dog in this hunt, I like and admire all these guys for their remarkable talents. I think Rossi is a bit too long in the tooth to win another championship. Whatever happens, let's just hope for some good racing and good health to all.
Of course, but: Who else in the top four isn't hungry for the win? Lorenzo? Former champion. If wanting the win for the sake of it wasn't enough, now he wants to win to prove primacy over Rossi on the same bike. Pedrosa? Always a bride's maid, never a bride. Never a champion in the premier class, but he really got something halfway through last season. He knows this might be his only chance. Marquez? Like a young Rossi: Full of ambition, and too young to have any fear. You saw what he did to Thomas Lüthi last year in Qatar, so you know he is rough and tumble. You saw what he did at Motegi after he flubbed the start, so you know what he is capable of! It's going to be a smokin' season!
