I forgot to mention....nutzy was covered in dirt from under the bridge so he requested a little water. So I took him to the redneck spa

    He's good now..

    Thanks for the clarification

Since he hasn't been in DC.....maybe I will take one for the team and drop him there. Although I would rather eat glass than ride in DC

when I grabbed Nutzy it was in Strasburg Pa., I took him across the Mason-Dixon, and down into Hampstead Md. to a COG weekend rally.
On the way back to Va. we crossed the river @ Whites Ferry, where I attached him to the boat, but as the boat stops at the shoreline, and Va. border was about 150 ft away from the shore, he technically never reached Va., as I noted i had erred in my thinking about the border.
Where you picked Nutzy up his location was inside of the bridge, again, it was an error on a border, as the W.Va. true borderline was about 100 ft from the end of the bridge as seen here...

    :deal

so he has seen a lot of Md.
    :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

and never been dropped in W.Va.:deal:lol3:lol3

hehehehehe and KJ brought him up to my area, and i totally dropped the ball DOH.....

I think the map might be splitting hairs. I believe the river is the border between the 2 states here. The shoreline is always moving slightly. And in this case was clearly expanded to accommodate the bridge.

Nutzy and I were IN DC on 9-11-13. I chose to get the heck outa dodge instead of venturing into the city to place nutzy. That is how he ended up on the bridge.

You folks decide where he has been or not.
I have had him 3x and nothing but fun. Probably a couple thousand miles and some really good eats because of him. Split hares if you want, I still won because the riding I did and places I went.

Yes, Nutzy likes RED bikes :)

As far as the list on page one goes, I am disregarding Google's map and calling it West VA for this reason; The river forms part of the borders between Maryland and Washington, D.C., on the left descending bank and West Virginia and Virginia on the river's right descending bank.

    ok......I think I found a compromise.

Nutzy gets dropped in DC and I avoid the heavy traffic......My plan is to head that way in the morning. Make the drop and get outta Dodge

The school next to St. Peter and Paul is St. John Newman (after it merged schools with St. Patricks) . We moved before I went to High School but my sisters went to Bishop Walsh HS. I have been in NC since 1984. :cry

I'll be the first one to admit my mistake, that Nutzo never made it to Va. on my attempt. he remained in Md., back and forth on the rivah.
(but you have to admit it was a very unique, and well played original attempt...)

as for the last bridge location, bridges are not "shared" betwen states, that said, the bridge was a Md. bridge, owned, and serviced by Md.
Nutzo was never in W.Va, with the exception of when he was carried from the bike to the bridge. The bridge was Md.

    not much question about it

    :lol3:deal:lol3

Nutzo was never dropped IN, nor picked up FROM W. Va.

Hah, I need to pay more attention to this tag game.
I conducted a survey of the river bottom below and above the bridge/dam under the bridge for the C&O canal re-watering project.

DC...is not my first choice. I am doing this in the spirit of the game's original intent.:deal
