    Hi Wayne,

I like the look of one of these units to house an Autocom communication system. How waterproof/dustproof would you say it is?

    Cheers.

    G'day,

I assume your talking about the GS Emotion toolbox, They are not totally water tight, but to a certain extent they are water proof, that's as long as you don't submerge the box under water. I have one fitted to my bike here in Victoria and I have never had any water in my toolbox. It does have a great seal fitted to the accesses door.
So to answer your question, water proof yes and dust proof yes.

    Highest regards,

    Wayne

    Hi Wayne,

Great catching up with you for a coffee and a chat yesterday mate. Have fitted the Emotion Tool Box and delighted with the fit and finish. A great product at a very respectable price. Many thanks for bringing it to Melbourne for me. :thumb

    Cheers mate.

How much to get one of these to the states?
I've been looking all over for an end-open storage box. The tube is okay, but it's small and it's plastic.

One of the US suppliers is making a cordura bag that sits on a shelf in there, but I think it would just be a wet and dirty mess all the time.
