Rd said he has been freezing his tail feathers off waiting for someone to come rescue him. He thought it was still November. I asked him what rock he had been hiding under and he said "this one" ↓

There was also a lot of sand down near 66. Luckily most of it was on a straight section of road.



When we got home I introduced RD to BFD(blue fuzzy duck).

Nice one Bwalsh !! I was skiing at Snowbird, UT today in near white out conditions - it was tough, but it droped about 8 inches while we were on the mountain - time to get warm - I know you know the feeling!!!

So Ranger Duck decided to take a mini vacation the last two days. Actually I couldn't get him out of the house after he saw the snow!
I finally coaxed him on the bike this afternoon and took him to catch a train. He has decided to try the hobo life.

Did you notice the piece of aluminum he is sitting on? I picked it up off the tracks just behind this rail car so he wouldn't get greasy so please remove it when you grab RD. Here is a better pic of the piece

Not to be picky or anything but...there are a lot of train stations in this tag area...or did we have to have seen the location before (or google earth every train station in the region, or...)
